  • Q How do you protect our design ideas and brand information?

    A All cooperation with LJVOGUES starts with a Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA). We operate strict internal data and project separation, so each brand’s design files, BOMs, and pricing are accessible only to authorized project teams. Protecting your IP and brand equity is a core part of our service.
  • Q How long does production and shipping take for bulk orders?

    A
    • Production: typically 30–45 days after confirmation

    • Shipping by sea: around 15–20 days to major US/EU ports

    • Shipping by air/express: about 5–7 days depending on route
      LJVOGUES can combine different shipping solutions for various SKUs to optimize your launch schedule and inventory turnover.

  • Q Where are your main markets, and what shipping options do you offer?

    A LJVOGUES exports worldwide, with key markets in the US, EU, UK, Australia, and Canada. We offer DDP or CIF terms via sea or air, and can use DHL, FedEx, or other express channels for samples and urgent orders. Our logistics team helps you choose the best balance of cost and transit time.
  • Q How do you ensure reliability during peak seasons like Black Friday?

    A For long-term or high-volume partners, LJVOGUES offers a Safety Stock Planning service. By sharing a rolling 3‑month sales forecast, we can pre‑reserve raw materials and capacity for you, significantly reducing the risk of stockouts in key sales periods such as Black Friday or 11.11.
  • Q How long does sampling take?

    A Standard sampling takes about 7–10 business days after all specifications are confirmed. LJVOGUES offers one complimentary standard sample (freight collected). If adjustments are needed, our technical team will revise and re‑fit until the sample meets your exact requirements.
  • Q Do you charge for samples, and is the fee refundable?

    A Sampling involves development, materials, and labor, so LJVOGUES does charge a sample fee. However, this fee is refundable once your bulk order for that item exceeds 3,000 pcs, making sampling effectively cost-free for serious production projects.
  • Q What are your Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)?

    A For standard private label styles based on our existing patterns, MOQs usually start from 500 pcs per style.
    For fully customized designs (such as special prints, customized patterns, or specific functional structures), MOQs generally start from 1,000–2,000 pcs per style, depending on fabric and trim requirements.
  • Q What is your Private Label production process?

    A LJVOGUES follows a clear and efficient workflow:
    Consultation → Quotation → Sample development & approval → Mass production → Quality inspection → Packing & Shipping.
    Your dedicated account manager will guide you step by step to make sure all requirements are captured and implemented correctly.
