Who I am
Hello — I am Ocean Yang (杨钧雄), founder and CEO of Shenzhen Ljvogues Sports Fashion Limited. I started this company on May 4, 2015, and have spent the last 11 years turning an 8,000m² facility in Longgang District, Shenzhen into a manufacturing partner for 500+ period care brands across 40+ countries.
Before LJVOGUES, I spent two decades learning what it takes to build something people trust:
• 2000–2004 — High school teacher. I learned that care, patience, and responsibility shape outcomes more than any single decision.
• 2004–2007 — Journalist. I learned that the truth, told plainly and verified twice, is the only thing that survives.
• 2007–2015 — Marketing Manager at Alibaba. Eight years inside the world's largest B2B trading platform taught me how cross-border buyers actually evaluate suppliers — what they look for in a factory, what they walk away from, and why "quality" and "trust" are non-negotiable in B2B.
• 2015 — present — Founder & CEO of LJVOGUES. The 20 years before this all converge into one job: building period care products that protect the women who wear them and the brands that put their name on the label.
My areas of expertise
I write and review every article on this site. The topics I have direct, hands-on operational experience in:
Period underwear and period swimwear OEM/ODM manufacturing — fabric selection, 4-layer leak-proof construction, capacity testing (15–45ml for panties, 20–30ml for swimwear)
PFAS-free textile compliance — REACH/SVHC 253 substance compliance, EU 2024/3190 enforcement readiness
Cross-border B2B trade for apparel — supplier vetting, MOQ negotiation, Trade Assurance, hreflang and multilingual e-commerce
Period care category strategy — teen, postpartum, incontinence, swimwear, sports/yoga sub-categories
Brand building from OEM to private label — what to ask a factory, what to walk away from, and how to scale from 500 units to 50,000

I read every message. If you are evaluating a manufacturing partner, ask the hardest question you have — that's the conversation I want.
