At the time, most "bamboo" period panties on Amazon were 90% polyester with 5% bamboo viscose blended in — pure greenwashing.I decided we'd do it differently. We invested in a dedicated bamboo
viscose line, secured FSC-certified bamboo from Sichuan forests (8-hour drive from our factory), and partnered with a closed-loop OEKO-TEX 100 mill that captures 95%+ of the chemical solvents used in viscose processing.

How We Trace Every Bamboo Fiber
This is the actual sourcing chain we run, with documentation at every step. We share these documents with any buyer placing a sample order.
Step 1 — FSC-Certified Bamboo Forest (Sichuan, China)
- Forest location: 30.5°N 103.2°E (within FSC-certified zone)
- Forest manager: [name available on signed NDA request]
- FSC chain-of-custody certificate: FSC-C12XXXX-XX (issued 2023, valid through 2028)
- Annual harvest: ~12,000 tonnes (regenerated from existing root system, no replanting needed)
- Pesticide use: zero
- Distance to our factory: 8-hour overland transport
Step 2 — Closed-Loop Viscose Mill
- Mill location: Jiangsu Province
- Process: NMMO closed-loop solvent recovery (95%+ recovery rate)
- OEKO-TEX Standard 100 mill certificate: renewed annually
- Water consumption: 3,500-5,000L per kg of fiber (vs cotton's 10,000-20,000L)
- Effluent treatment: Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) certified
Step 3 — Spinning + Knitting (Guangdong)
