A LJVOGUES can hold finished goods for up to 30 days free of charge if you need to delay shipment.

A Standard polybag packaging is free. Custom branded packaging incurs a separate cost.

A LJVOGUES offer a 30-40-30 plan (Deposit-Progress-Balance) for select startup partners to ease cash flow pressure.

Q How are taxes and duties handled?
A Under DDP, we cover duties. Under other terms, the importer (you) is responsible for local taxes.

Q What happens if goods are lost in transit?
A If we manage the shipping (DDP/CIF), we take responsibility. If you use your forwarder (FOB/EXW), LJVOGUES assist with the claim process.

Q How long does shipping take?
A Express takes 3-5 days; Air Freight 7-10 days; Sea Freight 25-40 days depending on the destination.
