    Yes,  we  can  arrange  shipping  via  Express  (DHL/FedEx), Air  Freight,  or  Sea  Freight depending on your budget and timeline.

  • Q: What are the Incoterms?

       LJVOGUES    typically  work  with  FOB,  EXW,  or  DDP  (Delivered  Duty  Paid)  to  make  it  easier  for you.

  • Q: How do you calculate shipping costs?

    A: 

    Shipping is calculated based on volumetric weight and destination. Ljvogues provide a transparent quote from our logistics partners without markup.

  • Q: Are there hidden fees?

    A: 
    No. LJVOGUES provide a detailed invoice upfront covering sample costs, mold fees (if any), and production costs. No surprises.

  • Q: Do you help with customs clearance?

    A: 
    If you choose DDP terms, we handle everything. For other terms, LJVOGUES provide all necessary documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, CO) to assist your broker.

  • Q:  Can you split shipments?

    A: 
    Yes, LJVOGUES can split shipments to different addresses or release partial stock to help with your cash flow and storage.

  • Q: How long does shipping take?

    Express takes 3-5 days; Air Freight 7-10 days; Sea Freight 25-40 days depending on the destination.

  • Q: What happens if goods are lost in transit?

    A: 
    If we manage the shipping (DDP/CIF), we take responsibility. If you use your forwarder (FOB/EXW), LJVOGUES assist with the claim process.

  • Q: How are taxes and duties handled?

    Under DDP, we cover duties. Under other terms, the importer (you) is responsible for local taxes.

  • Q: Can I pay in installments?

    LJVOGUES offer a 30-40-30 plan (Deposit-Progress-Balance) for select startup partners to ease cash flow pressure.
