Ljvogues’ heat transfer logo application (heat press / heat transfer printing) process used in period underwear manufacturing. The garment panel is first laid flat and positioned, then a pre-made logo transfer is carefully aligned to the target area. A pneumatic heat press machine applies heat and pressure for a short cycle (seconds-level takt time). After pressing, the carrier film is removed, leaving a clean and firmly bonded logo on the fabric surface.
Key QC focuses include accurate placement, sharp edges, wash durability, and stretch performance—especially critical for high-elastic intimate fabrics. We control alignment tolerance, prevent skewing, ensure full bonding (no lifting edges), and minimize cracking under stretch to deliver a premium, tagless-comfort branding finish for OEM/ODM and private label partners.
